Initial Consultation Terms and Conditions

We are pleased to provide a complimentary consultation to see if chiropractic is the right fit for your condition.

Our complimentary consultation terms and conditions;

• This offer is an opportunity for a new patient to find out the cause of their condition and see if chiropractic care can help.
• The complimentary consultation involves a detailed clinical history only. If Dr Rock believes that he cannot help, then he will refer you to someone who can.
• If Dr Rock believes he can help you, you can continue forward with a thorough chiropractic examination, and the fee will be $90.
• Chiropractic treatment may be given on the first visit, or it may be appropriate to wait until the second visit pending test results.
• If you decide that you would like to proceed with treatment, our exam and treatment fee will apply. ($160)
• There is no obligation to begin treatment.
• Chiropractic treatment will only commence where there is a reasonable clinical indication that treatment will be beneficial. Chiropractic treatment will only commence where there is informed consent from the patient.

To make an appointment you can phone either the Toowoomba clinic on 07 4638 8271 or Pittsworth clinic on 07 4693 2111 during office hours.

We are committed to making it easy as possible for people to find out if chiropractic can help. To achieve this we often have same day appointments.

You do not need a referral to see Dr Rock. He does accept Medicare (EPC & CDM) referrals from medical doctors and DVA white and gold cards. We have found that most of our patients are referred by current and past patients.

We have onsite EFTPOS and HICAPS facilities with on-the-spot private health insurance claiming.
